Washington Mills in North Grafton, MA is seeking a Crusher Building Operator to join our manufacturing team. This full-time, hourly role monitors and operates crushing and screening equipment, loads raw materials, and manages the primary crusher to feed the screener.
The position runs Monday–Thursday from 3:00 PM to 1:00 AM with occasional Fridays and includes a 90-day probation. Candidates should be mechanically inclined with basic math skills and a commitment to safety.
