  • Recruit, onboard, and develop manufacturing talent during rapid workforce expansion.
  • Help launch and ramp a new manufacturing facility, including floor layout, staffing, training, and production readiness.
  • Partner with engineering and software teams to improve manufacturing systems, MES, and factory processes.
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of manufacturing operations leadership.
  • Experience leading a production floor through significant growth, a facility launch, or major production ramp.
  • Proven success building teams, developing supervisors, and leading large hourly work forces.
  • Strong background in Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and daily management systems.
  • Experience driving production metrics including throughput, labor efficiency, quality, safety, and on-time delivery.
  • Data-driven leader comfortable operating in technology-enabled manufacturing environments.
  • Hands-on management style with a strong shop floor presence.
Preferred Background

Experience in one or more of the following industries:

  • Modular or off-site construction
  • High-mix / low-volume manufacturing
  • Industrial production or assembly
  • Lean, Six Sigma, TWI, MES, or factory software experience is a plus.

This role is ideal for a manufacturing leader who thrives on the shop floor, enjoys building high-performing teams, and has successfully helped scale operations through rapid growth. The successful candidate is a visible, hands-on leader who can improve daily execution while helping launch the next phase of a growing manufacturing operation.
