- Program, set up, and operate CNC machines using drawings, processors, and programming tools.
- Build sub‑routines that account for geometry and tolerances to ensure accurate production.
- Manually program and run Bridgeport-type machines from blueprints.
- Select tooling, review programs, and make edits to keep production on spec.
- Maintain tight tolerances based on part drawings.
- Handle secondary operations such as deburring when needed.
- Support and guide lower-level operators on proper machine use.
- Keep production records updated and maintain a clean, safe work area.
- Follow all safety guidelines and report equipment or material issues.
- At least 5 years of CNC and Bridgeport-type machine operation.
- Comfortable measuring with calipers, micrometers, and height gauges.
- Experience with CNC programming is a plus.
- Take pride in producing accurate, high‑quality parts.
- Comfortable working in a busy environment with shifting priorities.
- Able to work overtime as needed, including evenings or weekends.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. The annual U.S. pay range for this position is listed below. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on your qualifications, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience.
