Manufacturing Raw Materials Helper

Crane Currency has an immediate position opening for a Raw Material Helper
. Based out of Dalton, MA.

You become part of the front-line team entrusted with the responsibility of creating the paper and security products that our customers and their economies run on. Your focus on safety, quality and delivery will help strengthen your fellow team members and deliver on the core metrics that fuel the business. You will get the chance to expand on your current skillset by working in manufacturing processes fueled by technology pushing the next generation of currency around the world.

Required:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Industrial experience, preferred
• Basic mathematical skills
• Ability to use and read a ruler
• Ability to understand and follow operating/safe job procedures
• Ability to obtain and maintain an internal hoisting certificate

The hourly pay range for this position is $25.64 to $30.19
, based on factors such as industrial experience, previous paper manufacturing experience and overall qualifications. This role includes shift differentials of 7.5% for 2nd shift and 10% for 3rd shift and offers a progressive pay structure. Overtime is compensated at time and a half after 8 hours in a day, all day Saturday, and double time on Sunday
