The role of PCQI Production Lead is to help produce the highest quality and most consistent products in the industry by performing all duties meticulously and assisting staff with training. This role requires PCQI certification and will act as a subject matter expert in training and calibrating peers and employees on all necessary food safety practices. This PCQI Production Lead must understand processes in kitchen, beverage, and packaging production departments and operate as a peer amongst other Leads across the operation.

This role will lead production teams as needed and must be able to work a flexible schedule and understand opening and closing procedures for production departments.

• Effectively train peers on procedures relating to predetermined production and packaging quality control checks
• Responsible for reviewing and signing off on production and packaging quality control checks.
• Reports any inconsistencies to the Production Manager
• Reviews other records as deemed necessary and establish action plans alongside the Production Manager to address any food safety/quality control issues
• Prep, mix, cook, produce, pour, deposit, pull, and store all facility consumables and products.
• Accurately prepare ingredients, work stations and equipment for production, including performing
• regular checks to ensure equipment is functioning correctly
• Maintain high-quality standards during shifts including constant QA/QC of all products being prepped and produced with regard to weights, appearance of product and flavor profile
• Effectively manage your time and that of your team to stay on schedule to meet daily production expectations
• Ability to work well with others in high-pressure situations with a sense of urgency
• Correctly infuse by thoroughly scraping, turning, lifting and rotating for the appropriate time
