We're looking for passionate, experienced bakers to join our production team at our Bake House in Millis, MA.Whether you love crafting artisan breads, decorating cakes, producing pastries, or executing large-scale daily production, you'll find opportunities to develop your skills while working alongside a talented and supportive team.
** Full-Time and Part-Time Positions Available
**** What You'll Do
** As a Baker, you'll help create the products our guests know and love, including:
* Breads and rolls
* Muffins and scones
* Cookies and bars
* Pies and pastries
* Cakes and cupcakes
* Fillings, frostings, and specialty bakery items

Responsibilities include:

* Following established recipes and production procedures
* Producing consistent, high-quality products that meet our standards
* Executing daily production schedules efficiently and accurately
* Maintaining a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment
* Working collaboratively with teammates and leadership
* Assisting with decorating and finishing products (experience preferred but training available)

** What We're Looking For
*** Minimum of 2 years of commercial bakery experience preferred
* Culinary or pastry degree welcomed but not required
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods
* Weekend availability required
