Packaging Team Member

Marathon Staffing is hiring Packaging Team Members to support light industrial operations in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will assemble, package, and label products according to work orders, ensuring accuracy, quality, and efficiency. You will inspect items for defects, follow safety and cleanliness standards, and keep work areas organized. Team members load/unload materials, operate basic packaging equipment, and complete simple paperwork or tracking logs.

You'll collaborate closely with supervisors and coworkers, follow written and verbal instructions, and meet daily production and quality goals while supporting a people-first, safety-focused culture.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, package, and label products per work orders
• Inspect products for quality and defects
• Follow safety, cleanliness, and organizational standards
• Operate basic packaging and labeling equipment
• Load and unload materials and finished goods
• Complete simple production and inventory tracking logs
• Follow written and verbal instructions from supervisors
• Meet daily production, accuracy, and quality targets
• Work collaboratively with team members in a fast-paced setting
• Report issues with materials, equipment, or safety promptly
