Calibration Technician
Setra Systems is seeking a motivated Calibration Technician to join our team. This is an entry-level calibration technician position. The person in this position will be a key player within our quality and operations team as they will be primarily responsible for calibrations of the transfer standards, test stands, and tools used across the factory.
Key Responsibilities:
· Calibrate transfer standards (pressure references), hand tools, capacitance meters, etc used across the factory.
· Assist with 3rd party calibration efforts such as the Essco on-site calibrations and the Fluke/DHI calibration of our primary pressure controllers
· Review calibration results and maintain cal records.
· Provide feedback on transfer standard performance to quality leads via verbal and database updates
· Perform GENTTS test stand calibrations and other "in-cell" calibrations as required
· Assist Quality Engineering in retrieving cal records and procedures when necessary to support customer and audit requests
Skills &
Qualifications:
· This position requires a candidate with high energy who is self-driven and has excellent communication skills.
· Ability to independently schedule and prioritize workload.
· Is not afraid to deal with conflict.
· High School diploma or GED required. Advanced education preferred.
· Solid Microsoft Office and PC skills.
· Technical skills include basic calibration skills and knowledge
· Ability to communicate and drive actions across a diverse work place.
· Have technical understanding of Setra products and the tools used in the manufacturing of Setra products.
· Must have a high sense of urgency for customer needs.

Manufacturing / standards room environment, 30 lb lifting requirements
