Job Description
CoWorx Staffing is seeking Wire and Cable Operators for a leading manufacturer in South Grafton, MA.
LocationSouth Grafton, Massachusetts
Shift Information- 1st shift 7am-3:30pm M-F $19/hr.
- 2nd 3PM-11:30PM with 30-minute lunch $19/hr. + 10% differential = 20.90 for 2nd shift.
- 3rd shift 11pm-7:30am $23-25/hr. + 15% differential
- 3RD SHIFT EXTRUDER OPERATOR $24-$32 (plus bonus $3k and $5K)
Please note:
3rd shift hires must complete training on 1st shift.
Shift differentials do not apply during training
Responsibilities- Set up, run, and break down product on wire & cable equipment
- Read and accurately complete required paperwork
- Enter production data into SAP/computer systems
- Monitor and inspect product to ensure it meets specifications and is free of defects
- Follow ISO documentation and customer requirements
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members across departments
- Prepare product for transfer to other departments
- Perform light equipment maintenance
- Support company quality, safety, and environmental systems
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2–3 years of manufacturing experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to read and follow specifications
- Comfortable using computers/SAP
- Ability to stand and move throughout the shift
- Good hand dexterity for working with small wires
- Experience in wire and cable manufacturing
- 3+ years in a manufacturing environment
Off shift will train on 1st shift
