Looking for a hands-on position with a supportive team environment? CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking Inspector / Packers for a manufacturing facility in West Brookfield, MA.
Responsibilities- Work as part of an assembly line team to manufacture, assemble, and package products in accordance with production requirements and quality standards.
- Assemble and build boxes for foam products using established work instructions and packaging procedures.
- Pack foam molds into boxes accurately and efficiently while maintaining production and quality expectations.
- Tape, seal, and prepare boxes for shipment to ensure product protection and proper presentation.
- Move completed boxes from the production line to pallets using safe material handling practices.
- Verify pallet orders for completeness and accuracy prior to transfer to the warehouse or shipping department.
- Rotate between workstations throughout the day to support production needs, maintain workflow efficiency, and provide task variety.
- Ability to remain on your feet for the duration of the shift while performing assigned job duties.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move boxes and materials safely as needed throughout the workday.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high quality standards.
- Team-oriented individual with a positive attitude and willingness to support coworkers in a collaborative work environment.

4pm-2am Monday-Thursday, OT may be requested
