We're looking for a creative, collaborative, and results-oriented Marketing Specialist to help elevate our brand, strengthen community engagement, and share the powerful stories that showcase our impact.

What You’ll Do
  • Create engaging content for social media, email campaigns, websites, and marketing materials.
  • Support recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of community events, campaigns, and fundraising initiatives.
  • Develop compelling stories, interviews, and success highlights that bring our mission to life.
  • Coordinate marketing projects from concept to completion while managing multiple priorities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across programs and departments to promote services and initiatives.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of marketing, communications, digital media, or content creation experience.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Experience managing social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Word Press, Constant Contact, or similar platforms preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Passion for nonprofit work and making a positive impact in the community.
