Marketing Executioner

Overview

Marketing Support role responsible for organizing and executing the marketing universe.

• Upload blogs, format content, and follow SEO checklists.
• Schedule social media posts that align with brand tone.
• Repurpose content into short posts, snippets, reels, etc.
• Maintain a consistent and appealing online presence.
• Coordinate workshops and events, welcoming attendees and managing registrations.
• Build and nurture relationships with referral partners.
• Keep notes, follow‑ups, and lists organized.
• Support community campaigns to connect families and partners.
• Update Zoho CRM, track leads, referrals, and dashboards.
• Send nurture emails and maintain warm, mom‑hearted communication.
• Maintain marketing SOPs and coordinate with vendors.
• Provide general admin and project support as needed.

• 2‑6 years of experience in marketing, admin, events, intake, or business development support.
• Proficiency with Zoho CRM, social scheduling, and content posting (Zoho is required).
• Experience managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and a warm, empathetic tone.
• Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not required.
• Positive attitude and high emotional intelligence.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and confident in a fast‑moving environment.
