Segment Manager

We are recruiting a Segment Manager (Industrial) for Packaging Solutions in the Appliance and HVAC segment’s role is responsible for defining and executing the product strategy. This role will involve collaboration with cross- functional teams, market analysis, and driving the development of packaging solutions that align with industry requirements.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead the development and innovation of custom packaging solutions for the industrial sector (Appliance, HVAC, Furniture, and related segments).
• Define and execute a comprehensive product strategy based on market research, competitor analysis, and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
• Collaborate directly with key industrial clients to understand their packaging challenges, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for product differentiation.
• Partner with R&D, engineering, manufacturing, sales, and marketing teams to successfully bring new products to market and support ongoing sales efforts.
• Establish, monitor, and enforce quality control measures to ensure high reliability and continuous performance improvement of all packaging solutions.

Education/Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
• Proven experience as a Packaging Engineer, preferably in the Appliance, Furniture and HVAC industries.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Salesforce experience is a plus)
