• Manage the day-to-day operations of the front desk
• Lead, support, and manage the front desk staff
• Help with scheduling, organization, and daily responsibilities
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members
• Support marketing initiatives and promotions
• Assist with special events, promotions, and community outreach
• Maintain a professional, positive, and organized salon environment

• Previous management or administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Experience with multi-line phone systems and phone reception duties
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Organized, dependable, and able to multitask
• Interest or experience in marketing
• Creative mindset with an eye for branding and presentation
• Must be a team player who takes initiative and leads by example
