Position
Qualifications:
- A deep and abiding faith in Jesus Christ.
- A passion for preaching, teaching, and pastoral care.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A heart for serving others and building a strong church community.
- Preferably not less than an undergraduate degree from an accredited college, university or Bible college or equivalent experience.
- Preferably at least five (5) years of pastoral experience.

Peoples Church ()seeks a Spirit Led Pastor to Lead Our Congregation
The Church
Founded in 1890 and located in a rural north central Massachusetts community, we are a congregation of believers who rely on the Bible as our primary source of guidance. We are affiliated with the Conservative Congregational Christian Conference (4 C’s). Our congregation is a family of approximately 80 Christians.
Our mission is to love God, love others, and make disciples of Jesus Christ, all to God’s glory,(Matt 22:37-38 ; Matt 28:19 ; Isa 43:7 ). We aspire to welcome, support and encourage all in their walk in faith.

- Provide spiritual leadership and guidance to our congregation.

- Officiating at wedding and funerals.
- Engaging with the local community and representing the church in community events.
