Location: McKnight and Bay
The Salvation Army’s Springfield Corps. is seeking a Bridging the Gap Counselor for 15 hours per week (Tue–Thu, 1pm–6pm) at 170 Pearl Street, Springfield, MA. This non-exempt role pays $18.00-$25.00 per hour with eligibility for PTO, a pension plan, and supplemental insurance options.
The position assists the BTG Coordinator and supports youth programming. A college student or graduate is preferred; minimum 1 year working with young adults is required; must be 21+ and able to refer to outside
