Girl Scouts of Eastern Massachusetts (GSEMA) has an exciting full-time opportunity available for a Regional Field Manager to join our Mission Delivery Membership team.

As the face of Girl Scouts, the Regional Field Manager will spend the majority of time in the field promoting the Girl Scout mission, cultivating relationships, increasing visibility, and engaging prospective members and volunteers. This position will support one of twelve regions that fall within the council service-area.
Working independently in the field as a relationship-focused and results-driven team member, the Regional Field Manager develops and executes data-informed membership recruitment and retention strategies within the assigned region, while meeting established metric goals and driving measurable growth outcomes.
The Regional Field Manager will provide training, mentorship, recognition, and support to members and volunteers through all the various Girl Scout participation ways (e.g. troops, Juliette, programs, camp, etc.)

Compensation and Benefits:
Salary Range: $60,000 - $68,000 annually
Benefit Eligibility:
This position is eligible for council-sponsored benefits.
