Cape Wellness Collaborative (CWC) is a growing nonprofit providing free integrative therapies, nourishing meals, and emotional support to people on Cape Cod and the Islands navigating cancer. Founded by local musician Sarah Swain, our work helps people experience greater comfort, connection, and quality of life when they need it most.
We're looking for an experienced Development and Engagement Manager to help grow our impact by leading fundraising, donor engagement, marketing and communications, volunteer cultivation, and signature events. Please note specific application instructions at the end of this listing!

What You’ll Do
- Grow and steward donor and sponsor relationships.
- Develop fundraising strategies that meet annual revenue goals.
- Lead planning and execution of fundraising events.
- Oversee marketing, storytelling, digital communications, and donor engagement.
- Track fundraising performance, budgets, and reports.
- Help expand volunteer engagement and community partnerships.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in fundraising, nonprofit development, sales, community engagement, or relationship management.
- Event planning and project management experience.
- Marketing and communications expertise or experience.
- Outstanding communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Experience with CRM and fundraising platforms (Neon, One Cause, or similar preferred).
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout Cape Cod.
