Overview
Tufts Medical Center Community Care is seeking a dedicated and experienced Cardiology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Cardiology team at our location in Melrose, MA.
This role is an integral part of the cardiology care team, providing high-quality, patient-centered care to patients with a broad spectrum of acute and chronic cardiovascular conditions.
Responsibilities- Develop longitudinal relationships with your patients
- Work cross-functionally with various members of our community and stakeholders
- Collaborate with a gifted team of physician and advanced practitioner colleagues
- Minimize your administrative burden through use of RNs and LPNs, fully trained MAs, coders, front desk staff, and dedicated billing specialists
- Focus on quality and coordination of care, not just productivity
- Join and contribute to a work environment that values work/life balance
- Engage in active community engagement and collaboration within the Tufts Medicine system
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- Current license as a Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Massachusetts
- Current CPR certification
- Prior experience in Cardiology
- A team player who collaborates with stakeholders to champion patient satisfaction
