Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

This is a part time hybrid model for a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner located in Braintree Mah. The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will provide mental health care services including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients with psychiatric conditions. Responsibilities include developing individualized care plans, prescribing medications as needed, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care. Additional duties involve monitoring patient progress, conducting follow-up visits, and maintaining accurate patient records.

• Expertise in Mental Health Nursing and Psychiatric Care
• Licensed and certified as a Nurse Practitioner with specialization in mental health
• Knowledge and experience in providing Mental Health Care and working with patients with psychiatric conditions
• Strong nursing skills with a focus on mental health and well-being
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Master's degree in Nursing or a related field is required
• Previous experience in a clinical mental health setting is highly beneficial
