Location: Residential programs throughout Hamden, Hampshire, Franklin & Berkshire counties.
Shift: Multiple shifts available, including overnights.
Pay: $18-$20 per hour (base on experience and certifications).
Compensation Pay Range Requirements
: $18/hr for applicants without MAP certification and $20/hr for those with an active MAP certification (includes a $2/hr MAP differential).
- Assist residents with daily activities such as eating, dressing, and using special equipment.
- Provide home support: cook meals, clean, do laundry, and shop for groceries.
- Transport residents to appointments, events, and other activities.
- Maintain daily records and track important information.
- Help residents achieve personal goals.
- Administer medication once trained.
- Complete required training and certifications.
- Work closely with the team and follow manager instructions.
- No educational requirements; on‑site training will be provided.
- Valid driver’s license for at least six months and a good driving record.
- Physical ability to perform all tasks and maintain resident safety.
- Basic computer skills.
- Background check required.
