Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Full‑Time

Hadley Pointe for Nursing Rehab and Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team of healthcare professionals. As an LPN at our long‑term care facility, you will provide high‑quality patient care and make a positive impact on the lives of our residents.

• Make rounds to observe and evaluate physical, emotional, and social needs of residents
• Prepare and administer medications as required
• Administer treatments and consult with physicians
• Communicate with director of nursing and staff

• Long‑term care experience preferred
• Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse in good standing and currently licensed in Massachusetts
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and strong organizational skills
• Demonstrates good judgment, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills
• Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills
