The Nursing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing administrative, operational, and clinical responsibilities in the facility during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. This role is ideal for experienced nursing professionals who excel in leadership and patient care coordination.

• Supervise patient care and ensure adherence to nursing practices and standards.
• Demonstrate appropriate interventions in critical situations.
• Serve as the off‑shift patient care representative and address patient concerns.
• Conduct rounds in patient care areas and ensure accurate reporting.
• Collaborate with support services to coordinate patient care needs.

• Education:
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing required
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
  • Master's Degree in Nursing preferred
• Experience:
  • 5‑7 years of clinical nursing experience required
  • 2‑3 years of lead nursing experience required
