• Leadership: Supervise a team of Registered Nurses and CNAs on the Night Shift, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure excellent patient care and team performance.
• Patient Care: Provide direct patient care as needed, ensuring that all patients receive individualized attention and treatment.
• Quality Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance patient outcomes, staff satisfaction, and overall department efficiency.
• Communication: Collaborate with other departments, including physicians, therapists, and administrative staff, to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
• Staff Development: Develop and implement training programs to educate staff on new procedures, policies, and best practices.
• Department Management: Manage department operations, including scheduling, budgeting, and supply management.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including HIPAA, OSHA, and Medicare.

• Education: Registered Nurse (RN) degree from an accredited nursing program.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a rehabilitative or long-term care setting, preferably in a supervisory role.
• License: Current Massachusetts RN license.
