Registered Nurse (RN) – Nurse Lead (Contract)
Schedule
Shift: Night Shift (3 x 12-hour shifts)
Hours (12-hour clock): 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM
Call: Not required (may be on-call/low census up to 4 times)
Float: Not required
Position Summary & ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise nursing staff; ensure safe, high-quality patient care
Coordinate care, staffing, and unit operations
Support patient care, quality improvement, and staff development
RequirementsEducation & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (required);
Master’s preferred
5+ years clinical experience
Minimum 2 years supervisory/lead experience
Licenses &
Certifications:
BLS (AHA or ARC) (required)
ACLS (required)
NRP (required)
AWHONN Advanced Fetal Monitoring (within last 2 years) (required)
