Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Adolescent Inpatient Psych, Full Time 32hr Evening

32-Hours, Evening Shift 3:00p - 11:30pm, Weekend and Holiday Rotation Required.

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Tara Vista in Devens, Massachusetts, you will provide direct care and support to patients, their families, and the treatment team. You will maintain a safe therapeutic milieu, work under the direction of the Registered Nurse (RN), and make decisions that positively impact patients, peers, and the community.

• Provide direct care and support to individuals needing psychiatric, emotional, and substance use treatment.
• Champion patient care and support the interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain a safe therapeutic milieu grounded in Tara Vista’s core principles.
• Work under the direction of the Registered Nurse (RN).

• Currently licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) by the State of Massachusetts.
• CPR certification.
• Knowledge of behavioral health and substance use disorder treatment modalities.
• Ability to develop therapeutic relationships while maintaining professional boundaries.
• Previous experience preferred in psychiatric or substance use disorders inpatient care, restraint reduction, de‑escalation, and crisis intervention.

Compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s relevant experience.
