Position Summary

Clinical Coordinator (RN) – Operating Room

• Plan, organize, and oversee daily clinical and administrative operations of perioperative services.
• Prepare staff schedules, handle requests, allocate resources, and facilitate coordination of care/services to meet patient care and operations requirements.
• Develop, recommend, and implement internal standards, policies, and procedures to improve quality and cost‑effectiveness of patient care.
• Select, supervise, and evaluate nursing and clinical support personnel, and develop and provide staff education/development programs.
• Lead and participate in hospital, departmental, and multidisciplinary programs, committees, and special projects.
• Work 40 hours per week.

• Minimum of 4 years perioperative nursing experience (pediatric experience strongly preferred).
• Leadership/management experience preferred.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing and MA nursing license; master’s degree preferred.

• Sign‑on bonus of $20,000 for full‑time, 40‑hour per week hires with over 2 years of direct OR experience as a Registered Nurse (who have not worked here in the past 2 years).
• Base pay determined by skills, experience, education, certifications, and other job‑related factors.
