Job DescriptionThe Quabbin Regional School District is seeking a full‑time School Nurse to support the health, wellness, and learning needs of members of the school community. Must be a graduate of an accredited licensed program with licensure from the State of Massachusetts. Three‑five years of related nursing experience. Duties include providing daily nursing care of students according to student‑specific health care plans, following all guidelines, regulations, and accountability reporting to DESE.

- Current, valid license to practice as a registered nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
- Must hold a Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education certification as a School Nurse (All levels) or be able to obtain within the first year of employment.
- Solid experience and a broad background in adult/child illness and injury, universal precautions, community health, broad medical‑surgical base, excellent assessment skills and emergency decision‑making experience or other relevant clinical nursing experience.
- Completion of a BSN from an accredited institution.
- Current first aid, AED, and CPR certification from a recognized provider.
- Benefits and salary in accordance with the QRTA collective bargaining agreement. Starting range $62,402.58.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Citizenship, residency, or work visa required.
