About the RoleBroad Reach Healthcare is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Nurse (RN or LPN) to join our team. In this role, you'll provide consistent, high-quality nursing care to residents who call our community home. You'll build meaningful relationships with residents and families while ensuring comfort, safety, and dignity each day.

Responsibilities- Provide daily nursing care and medication administration according to each resident's care plan.
- Observe, record, and report changes in resident conditions to the clinical team.
- Supervise and support CNAs and other direct care staff.
- Ensure a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment for residents.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to promote resident wellness.
- Follow all facility, state, and federal regulations for long-term care.
- Active Massachusetts RN or LPN license (required).
- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.
- Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a caring team.
- Competitive pay: $31.00–$47.50/hour (based on experience).
