CurrentOpen Positions Resident Care Director (RN Preferred)
Lead the clinical operations of our memory care community while ensuring exceptional resident care, regulatory compliance, and staff development.
Responsibilities- Oversee resident care services and clinical programs
- Manage and mentor nursing staff
- Coordinate resident assessments and care plans
- Ensure compliance with Massachusetts assisted living regulations
- Collaborate with families, physicians, and community partners
- RN preferred (LPN with Memory Care experience)
- Assisted living, memory care, or long‑term care experience

Requirements- Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Must be a licensed/registered nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
- Must be CPR certified.
- Must have at least 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role in a long‑term assisted living care facility.
- Must have strong assessment, communication and organizational skills to effectively and amiably communicate with residents, families and doctors, as well as with other employees.
- Must have good math skills, demonstrate dependability and punctuality and follow the employee handbook policies and procedures.
- Must be in good physical, mental and emotional health, be neat in appearance and well groomed, as well as adhere to the facility dress code.
- Be able to work cooperatively with others and control emotions.
- Demonstrate sensitivity and understanding of others’ feelings, listen and take initiative to act accordingly to their needs as necessary.
- Full‑time, salaried position
- Flexible schedule; occasional evenings or weekends required
