Legacy Care at The Terraces Orleans is opening a new, resident‑centered Memory Care Assisted Living community on Cape Cod. We are seeking compassionate, dedicated, and experienced professionals who are passionate about enhancing the lives of seniors living with memory loss. Lead the clinical operations of our memory care community while ensuring exceptional resident care, regulatory compliance, and staff development.

• Oversee resident care services and clinical programs
• Manage and mentor nursing staff
• Coordinate resident assessments and care plans
• Ensure compliance with Massachusetts assisted living regulations
• Collaborate with families, physicians, and community partners

• RN preferred (LPN with Memory Care experience)
• Assisted living, memory care, or long‑term care experience

Legacy Care at The Terraces Orleans – Putting Care First in Everything We Do!

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Must be a licensed/registered nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
• Must be CPR certified.
• Must have at least 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role in a long‑term assisted living care facility.
• Must have strong assessment, communication and organizational skills to effectively and amiably communicate with residents, families and doctors, as well as with other employees.
• Must have good math skills, demonstrate dependability and punctuality and follow the employee handbook policies and procedures.
• Must be in good physical, mental and emotional health, be neat in appearance and well groomed, as well as adhere to the facility dress code.
• Be able to work cooperatively with others and control emotions.
• Demonstrate sensitivity and understanding of others’ feelings, listen and take initiative to act accordingly to their needs as necessary.
• Full‑time, salaried position
• Flexible schedule; occasional evenings or weekends required
