Position: RN Registered Nurse Full Time Part Time 11p-7a

Job Overview

The Meadows Skilled Nursing is seeking 11 p.m. – 7 a.m. Registered Nurses to join our team. The Meadows of Central Massachusetts is an 82‑bed transitional care facility located alongside Vibra Hospital of Western Massachusetts – Central Campus. The facility provides comprehensive skilled nursing and rehabilitation services for patients recovering from serious injuries or illnesses. We specialize in short‑term rehabilitation, long‑term care, and respite care.

Shift: 11 p.m. – 7 a.m. 8‑hour shifts.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for comprehensive assessment of resident and family needs to determine required nursing services.
  • Understand and integrate the needs of adult and geriatric residents in delivery of nursing care.
  • Provide direct care, delegate and supervise all nursing care.
  • Demonstrate clinical competence, manage resident care, improve quality, establish professional relationships, and fulfill facility responsibilities.
  • Provide direct care and manage resident activities during shift.
  • Serve as liaison to keep Program Manager and/or Nursing Supervisor informed of major occurrences and program needs.
Required Skills
  • Current, valid, and active Registered Nurse license in the state of employment.
  • Current BLS certification from a Vibra‑approved vendor.
Additional Qualifications/Skills
  • One (1) year of medical/surgical, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing experience preferred.
  • Ability to project a professional image.
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
  • Strong organizational, prioritizing, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
  • Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions.
  • Freedom from illegal use of and effects of use of drugs and alcohol in the workplace.
