Night Supervisor RN LPN

Rate: $37- $47.50/hr plus $1-4 shift differentials. $10,000 sign‑on bonus. Shift schedule:
Full‑Time 11:00PM-7:00AM. Address: 255 Lebanon Ave Pittsfield, MA.

Springside Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center is hiring a 11PM‑7AM Working Nursing Supervisor (RN/LPN). Our facility is a top‑rated state‑of‑the‑art facility that recently underwent a complete renovation. Bane Care employs only the most highly qualified RNs/LPNs. We are seeking passionate and caring nursing professionals to join our skilled nursing facility in Pittsfield, MA.

• Must possess valid unencumbered, RN/LPN State License and current CPR certification
• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university
• Two (2) years of clinical nursing experience within a hospital, nursing care center or other related healthcare setting preferred
• Must have minimum of one year experience in long‑term care
• Must have experience in supervision and principles, practice of teaching, and computer skills
• Experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices strongly preferred

• Welcome new admissions and oversee discharges
• Supervision of all 11PM-7AM Nurses and CNAs
• Manage staffing changes
• Support family inquiries and screen visitors
• Coordinate patient/resident referrals with central admissions
• Ensure high quality resident/patient care
• Provide support to ancillary staff as needed
