Sign‑On Bonus: Up to $30,000 based on eligibility

• Provide direct clinical patient care, assessing, planning, and implementing care for assigned patients per shift and at the unit level.
• Supervise delegated nursing staff and support the Chief Nursing Officer to ensure high quality, safe and appropriate nursing care, staff competency, and effective resource management.
• Coordinate and integrate patient care using the nursing process and established safety, risk management, quality improvement, and infection control standards with the goal of discharging patients with optimum care.
• Perform and fulfill all HICS responsibilities, assignments, tasks, and roles as directed during emergencies and/or disasters.
• Know the hospital’s emergency codes and follow related policies and procedures.
• Perform related duties as required.

• Graduated from a state approved or accredited school of nursing.
• Licensed, certified, or registered to practice nursing as required by law.
• CPR certification.

• Academic degree in nursing (bachelor’s or master’s).
