Job Description
Provide clinical instruction to freshman and sophomore level students in the Associate Degree Nursing Program. The Day option runs on Tuesdays and Thursdays; the Evening/Weekend option runs on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Instructional areas include fundamentals (subacute), pediatrics, maternity, medical‑surgical nursing, community, and psych.
General Statement of ResponsibilitiesProvide clinical instruction, guidance, support, and evaluation during clinical rotations, ensuring that students develop the necessary skills and competencies for nursing practice.
Examples of Duties- Master's degree in nursing, or
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing with a letter of intent to complete one of the following within the specified time frames:
- Certification in Nursing Education/Clinical (CNE/C) within 3 years of hire, or
- Master's degree within 5 years of hire.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous teaching or clinical instruction experience preferred.

Compensation$65.17 per hour, up to 18 hours per week. Part‑time, non‑benefited MCCC Unit position.
