Location: Needham Heights
VNA Care is seeking a Home Health RN for a 32-hour-per-week Case Manager role in the Needham Heights area. The position covers a territory including Braintree, with schedules Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
The role offers a full-time salary range of $86,000–$129,000 with additional benefits that start on day one, plus mileage reimbursement and bi-weekly pay. Travel within the territory is required, and prior med/surg and acute care experience is valued.
