Registered Nurse; Nights - Spaulding

About This Role

The Registered Nurse (Nights) at Mass General Brigham is responsible for providing individualized nursing care, interpreting medical plans, and ensuring safe and competent nursing practices. This role is ideal for nurses who are dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care in a rehabilitation setting.

• Location: East Sandwich, MA
• Facility: Rehabilitation Hospital of the Cape and Islands Corporation
• Schedule: Full-Time, Night shift (11p-7a)

• Interpret the plan of medical care and assess patients  clinical decision-making regarding nursing care.
• Provide individualized nursing care and evaluate nursing care for groups of patients.
• Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.
• Administer medications to patients and monitor for reactions or side effects.
• Record patients  medical information and vital signs.
• Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients  conditions.
• Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans.
• Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients  responses and conditions.

• Associate s Degree in Nursing required, Bachelor s Degree in Nursing preferred

• Clinical nursing experience 0-1 year required

• Current RN License in Massachusetts required
