Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Weekend Shift & Call
Sugar Hill Assisted Living Community located on 19 acres of land in the Berkshires, West Massachusetts, is looking to hire weekend Per‑Diem LPNs to work weekends and on‑call evenings.

- Active, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in this state.
- Clinical experience in a sub‑acute and/or long‑term care setting.
- Take and record vital signs.
- Monitor patients and chart medical records accurately.
- Plan and manage patient care according to each patient’s needs.
- Provide routine care for patients.
- Observe patients’ health.
