Sugar Hill Assisted Living Community is looking to hire a weekend Per-Diem LPNs to work weekends and on call in our elegant mansion. Sugar Hill is situated on 19 acres of land. We are the premier choice for elegant, assisted living and senior livingin the beautiful Berkshires of Western Massachusetts where three U.S. Presidents and renowned performers have been hosted. As the mansion was converted to today's use, high quality assisted living;

all the gorgeous design and architectural elements of the structure were painstakingly preserved for the enjoyment of our employees, residents, and visitors.

Requirements for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPNs):

• Possess an
  active, unencumbered license
  to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in this state
• Possess clinical experience in a sub-acute and/or long-term care setting

Job Duties for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPNs):

• Take and record vital signs
• Monitor patients and chart medical records accurately
• Plans and manages patient care according to each patient's needs
• Provide routine care for patients
• Observe patients' health
