As our Home Care Education RN
, you'll help build a confident, knowledgeable, and compassionate caregiver workforce by:

• Current Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Home care, home health, hospice, or community nursing experience preferred
• Experience teaching, precepting, mentoring, or training healthcare staff is highly desirable
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Excellent presentation and organizational abilities
• Comfortable demonstrating hands‑on caregiving techniques
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to travel to training locations and client homes when necessary
