Now Hiring: LPN - Long Term Care | Roslindale, MA
Looking for a rewarding opportunity with consistent hours and strong extension potential? We're seeking experienced LPNs to join a highly respected Long Term Care facility in Roslindale, MA for a 13-week assignment with a strong likelihood of extension.
Location:
Roslindale, MA Duration: 13 Weeks (High Probability of Extension)
Hours:
40 Hours Per Week
Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
Schedule:
Full-Time | Every Other Weekend Required (EOW) Openings: 4 Evening Positions Available
This facility is looking for flexible, team-oriented nurses who are comfortable providing care across multiple units based on patient and staffing needs.
Floating is not optional and will be a regular expectation of this assignment. Candidates must be willing and able to float to other units, including Rehabilitation units, when needed.
Ideal Candidates Will Have:Recent Long Term Care (LTC) experience Strong Rehabilitation (Rehab) experience Experience in LTAC or Med-Surg settings The ability to adapt quickly to different patient populations and care environments
Rehabilitation experience is highly preferred and will make candidates significantly more competitive. Because nurses may frequently support both LTC and Rehab patients, the facility is specifically seeking candidates who are comfortable transitioning between units and providing high-quality care regardless of assignment location.
Requirements- Current LPN License
- Current BLS Certification
- Current Health Records (PPD/Chest X-Ray if applicable)
- Successful completion of required screenings and background check
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience
- 2+ years of LTC, LTAC, Rehab, or Med-Surg experience strongly preferred
- Must be comfortable floating to Rehab and other patient care units as needed

IMPORTANT:This position is best suited for nurses who have experience in both Long Term Care and Rehabilitation settings and who are fully comfortable with floating between units based on facility needs. Candidates seeking a single-unit assignment may not be the right fit for this opportunity.
