We are seeking acompassionate and experienced Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join our growing, mission-driven healthcare team in Quincy, MA. This role offers the opportunity to build meaningful, long-term relationships with patients while delivering high-quality, evidence-based primary care in both clinic andtelehealth settings.

As a Primary Care Provider,you will help patients achieve their health goals through comprehensive,person-centered care. Working alongside a collaborative interdisciplinary team,you will leverage innovative technology and a longitudinal care model to improve individual and community wellness.

Compensation & Benefits:
  • Competitive annual salary:$130,000 – $165,000, based on experience

Qualifications:
  • Active NP license in Massachusetts, or the ability to obtain
  • National certification as aNurse Practitioner.
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of clinical experience practicing as a NP in a primary care or related setting.
  • Strong clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care.
  • Experience utilizing EHRsystems and healthcare technology platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with patients from varied backgrounds.
  • Demonstrated professionalism, sound judgment, and commitment to patient confidentiality.
  • Ability to thrive in acollaborative, non-hierarchical team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance competing priorities effectively.
