Join Our Team as a Licensed Professional Nurse (LPN)

Crystal Springs has been providing exceptional care for over 70 years. Our residential special education facility supports children with developmental disabilities, offering a sanctuary of care and growth.

• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to assess and plan resident care.
• Monitor and report changes in resident conditions.
• Provide emotional support and compassionate care to residents and their families.
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records.
• Participate in interdisciplinary care conferences.
• Provide guidance and support to direct care staff working alongside LPNs.

Crystal Springs provides specialized educational, therapeutic, and residential services to each member of our community. Our 45-acre campus features 21 residential homes, 9 classrooms, 7 day habilitation groups, a modern medical services facility, a therapeutic pool, and a universally accessible treehouse and playground.

• Current and valid LPN license in Massachusetts.
• Proven experience as an LPN in a healthcare setting.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passion for supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Valid driver’s license.
