Join Our Team as a Licensed Professional Nurse (LPN)

Sign-on Bonus: up to $6,000 - New Starting Rates, and New Differentials.

We invite you to become an essential part of Crystal Springs, Inc. as we expand our team of LPNs across all shifts.

Crystal Springs has been providing exceptional care for over 70 years. Our residential special education facility supports children with developmental disabilities, offering a sanctuary of care and growth.

What You’ll Do
  • Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
  • Collaborate with the nursing team to assess and plan resident care.
  • Monitor and report changes in resident conditions.
  • Provide emotional support and compassionate care to residents and their families.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed medical records.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary care conferences.
  • Provide guidance and support to direct care staff working alongside LPNs.

Requirements
  • Current and valid LPN license in Massachusetts.
  • Proven experience as an LPN in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Passion for supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Valid driver’s license.
