Weekend Supervisor RN/LPN

Join the Hadley Pointe for Nursing Rehab and Care team as a Weekend Supervisor RN/LPN in Hadley, Massachusetts!

As a Weekend Supervisor RN/LPN, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff on weekends and ensuring the highest quality of care is provided to our residents. You will lead by example, promoting a positive and supportive work environment, and contribute to the overall success of our nursing rehab and care facility.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff on weekends, ensuring that resident care is delivered in accordance with our facility's policies and procedures
  • Conduct rounds to assess the overall condition and needs of residents, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to nursing staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning
  • Effectively communicate with residents, families, and healthcare providers, addressing concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of new policies and procedures
  • Demonstrate a commitment to excellence in customer service, ensuring that resident and family needs are met and exceeded
Requirements:
  • Current RN or LPN licensure in the state of Massachusetts
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Commitment to providing exceptional resident care and customer service
