The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) position at Vantage of Lowell provides direct resident care and supports the nursing team in delivering safe, compassionate, and individualized care. The Certified Nursing Assistant role ensures residents’ daily needs are met while maintaining dignity and comfort. • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and ambulation
• Observe residents and report changes in condition to nursing staff
• Document care, food, and fluid intake accurately
• Maintain clean, safe, and comfortable resident living areas
• Support nurses and interdisciplinary team members in providing quality care

• Current and valid Massachusetts CNA certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
