Job Description- Administer immunizations and vaccinations to patients.
- Monitor patients for adverse reactions post-immunization.
- Maintain accurate records of immunizations given.
- Educate patients about vaccines and immunization schedules.
- Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
Critical Information Safety sensitive position. Access to patient health information (PHI) required. Support for healthcare and pharmacy operations.
Education/Licenses NeededRegistered Nurse (RN) license required.
