At Foot Care by Nurses, our nurses provide expert foot and lower-limb care focused on comfort, function, balance, and mobility preservation. Through careful assessments, routine foot care, and patient education, we identify concerns early and help prevent minor discomforts from becoming more serious problems that can affect comfort, independence, and mobility.

Our work focuses on an important foundation of mobility: the feet. We help people stay healthier by reducing foot and lower-leg pain while educating them on how proper footwear, foot health, and postural balance can improve comfort, mobility, and overall well-being.

If you are tired of rushing, burned out by the pace of facility-based nursing, or looking for greater independence and deeper patient connections, this role may offer the flexibility and purpose you have been missing.

• Slow down and connect. You will have time to assess, listen, educate, problem solve, and build trust.
• Work independently. You will manage your schedule and caseload with support from an experienced team.
• No nights, weekends, or on‑call shifts. Flexible schedules of approximately
  18-35 hours per week—depending on caseload. We value work/life balance.
• Make a meaningful difference. Your assessments can identify concerns early, while your care can reduce pain and discomfort and help keep smaller problems from becoming more serious.
• Educate and empower patients. Help people make better decisions about foot care, footwear, mobile…
• Receive paid training. Previous foot care experience is not required— we will teach you.

• Perform comprehensive assessments that consider skin and nail health, circulation, sensation, gait, footwear, fall risk, health conditions, medications, and how these factors work together.
• Provide professional foot and lower limb care in patients’ homes, foot clinics, and other community settings.
• Educate patients and families about prevention, foot health, safety, and mobility preservation.
• Recognize concerns early and refer them to the appropriate healthcare provider when out of our scope of practice.
• Document using smartphone-based charting.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families.
• Work independently with the support of a knowledgeable team.
