Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

We are seeking compassionate, motivated, and energetic Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our outstanding nursing team at Woburn Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. As a CNA at our facility, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional, resident-centered care in a supportive and welcoming environment.

CNA Responsibilities:
  • Provide supportive services to nurses and other healthcare staff as needed
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, and feeding
  • Safely assist with lifting, turning, moving, positioning, and transporting residents
  • Coordinate dining room services, including meal setup, tray delivery, feeding assistance, cleanup, and documentation
  • Deliver nutritional supplements and monitor and document resident intake
  • Weigh residents and promptly report changes to the nurse or supervisor
  • Monitor and report residents' skin conditions, including pressure areas, skin breakdown, and skin tears
  • Assist with toileting program activities
  • Complete daily flow sheets and accurately document resident progress and care
  • Keep nurses and supervisors informed of factors affecting care delivery, including resident refusals and reassignments
  • Observe residents and promptly report changes in condition to the appropriate nursing staff
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents
Qualifications:
  • Current, unencumbered Massachusetts CNA certification
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to provide compassionate, professional, and resident-centered care
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team
  • Prior long-term care experience preferred but not required
