Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) with a specialization in Behavioral Health to provide direct clinical patient care, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality, safe, and cost-effective nursing services.
Key Responsibilities Include- Assessing, planning, and implementing patient care on a shift basis and at the unit level
- Coordinating patient care within medical regimens and adhering to safety, risk management, QI, and Infection Control standards
- Supporting the Chief Nursing Officer in maintaining clinical competency and resource management
- Fulfilling hospital incident command system roles during emergencies and understanding emergency codes
- Performing related duties as needed to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Graduation from an accredited nursing school
- Current licensure, certification, or registration to practice as required by law
- CPR certification
- Preferred:
Bachelor's or master's degree in nursing
Skills required: strong clinical judgment, leadership abilities, adherence to safety protocols, emergency response knowledge, and effective communication.
