Role:
Registered Nurse (RN) in the Cardiac Progressive Care Unit, responsible for providing direct patient care, assessing, planning, and implementing clinical care on a shift basis, and supervising staff delegation.
Responsibilities:Ensure high-quality, safe, and cost-effective nursing care, coordinate patient care based on medical protocols, adhere to safety standards, risk management, quality improvement, and infection control. Perform emergency incident command system duties when needed and follow hospital emergency protocols.
Qualifications & Skills:Graduation from an accredited nursing program, current licensure or registration, CPR certification, with a preference for a bachelor's or master's degree in nursing. Strong clinical judgment, supervision skills, and knowledge of safety standards are essential.
Key Duties:Provide comprehensive nursing care, oversee care coordination, support quality and safety initiatives, and respond effectively to emergency situations. Maintain compliance with hospital policies and contribute to a positive patient environment.
