Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) to provide direct patient care in a hospital setting.
Responsibilities Include- Assessing, planning, and implementing care for assigned patients on a per-shift basis.
- Supervising staff and delegating appropriate care.
- Ensuring high-quality, safe, and cost-effective nursing care aligned with established standards.
- Coordinating patient care within medical protocols and supporting hospital emergency procedures as needed.
- Supporting clinical staff competency and resource management to maintain optimal patient outcomes.
- Fulfilling hospital incident command system duties during emergencies.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current valid nursing license and CPR certification.
- Preferred:
Bachelor's or master's degree in nursing.
- Ongoing staffing with night shifts.
- Sign-on bonus eligibility.
